Steve Bond is president of Trius Lending partners which he founded in 2003. He is focused on the overall growth of Trius and on underwriting our loans. He has been involved in residential and commercial real estate acquisition, development and lending since 1998.

Josh Shein is a real estate financing expert with 20 years of lending experience. Prior to Trius Lending Partners, Mr. Shein was an Executive Vice President with 1st Nations Reverse Mortgage and a Senior Director with Home Point Financial. Mr. Shein also served as the CEO & President of Great Oak Lending Partners, an $1 billion U.S. mortgage company.
